RC and Gail Fleeman

RC and his wife, Gail, are the music leaders for Peace Community Church. During the traditional service, RC leads the choir while Gail accompanies on the piano. They both provide music for the contemporary service. RC and Gail served with the Salvation Army from 1978-2003. In 2003, they founded Oasis Ministries of Southwest Florida, a ministry that  provides retreats for pastors and full time lay workers. They do not draw a salary from Oasis Ministries, so during the week, RC works as the Administrator for Lamb of God Church in Estero and Gail is the Women's Ministry Outreach Coordinator for The Salvation Army.
